If you’re a regular gym-goer or just starting your journey, we invite you to book time with one of our Personal Trainers or join us for an hour-long CrossFit class led by our skilled instructors. We’ll introduce you to fundamental movements and proper techniques that you can utilize to begin your fitness journey and enjoy all that our brand-new facility has to offer.
